Body and Ear Piercing
All our Titanium jewellery is surgical implant grade Ti6aL4; this grade of titanium is used to manufacture replacement human body parts used in implantation surgery e.g. heart valves, pacemakers etc. Beware of cheaper imitations such as Grade 1 or commercial grade titanium which are not as good and are known to discolour the skin.
WARNING HEALTH RISK: New and fresh piercing with (<0.05) nickel alloy metals are outlawed in all E.U. states including the UK. Most grades of surgical stainless steel contain nickel, and should not be worn in unhealed piercing (full healing is 4-6 months av.) Always ask before purchasing jewellery.
